Instructions
Step 1
1. To make the dough you need to add 4 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 cup of water in a bowl together.

2.mix together well until it becomes a dough.
Step 3
3. Then dice your onion, garlic, and green pepper in a separate bowl.
Step 4
4. Add sausage meat, salt, pepper and soysauce to the onion, garlic and green pepper mixture and mix well.

5. Flour your side and Grab a small piece of your dough mixture and roll it out as thin as you can get it (the thiner the better)

6. I usually use a cup to cut out a perfect circle shape.

7. Place the circle bit of dough in your hand and add a ball size of the meat mixture and place in the middle.

8. Dip your finger into water and rub it on the edge of your dough. (This is to make it stick together.
Step 9
9. Then fold in half and scrunch the top up bit by bit make sure the are no holes or gaps.

10. Repeat the last steps to make as many as you can, Place into a hot pan and cook the bottom of the dumplings for a few mins ti the bottom have browned.

11. Then add a cup of water and place a lid on top to steam them for around 6 mins.

12. Take out and enjoy! ( dip in soysauce for an extra salty taste).
