Instructions
Step 1
Combine the ingredients for the batter and mix well.
Step 2
Heat up oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Dip the cabbage into the batter, coating it fully. Place it in the skillet. Repeat with another leaf.
Step 4
With a spatula, press down the white parts of the leaf for about 10 seconds. Cook for about 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes until crisp but not brown.
Step 6
Cut into bite-sized pieces, transfer to a plate and serve with dipping sauce.
