Step 1
Melt butter add flour and cream gradually. When to desired texture add grated gouda cheese.
Make Soup
Step 2
Boil chicken 10 minutes, then small dice. Sautee Onions, celery, carrots in butter. Add garlic then all other ingredients bring to a boil 5 minutes. Then simmer for 10 min add béchamel. Simmer 15 minutes. Let stand then serve hot with French or Italian Bread.
