Cold 🥶 Pressed Juice Gummies No artificial flavor + no artificial color This is an easy recipe, if you keep it simple. It took me 10+ tries to get it right Lol. You can use any juice to make your favorite flavor. I used @deeprooted.life cold pressed juice. Pineapple Paradise: Pineapple, beets, carrot, spinach, orange and lemon. Dr. Detox: Apple, lemon, carrot, pear, celery, turmeric and sweet potato. Dr. Detox 2: Pineapple, cucumber, lime, kale, cilantro, mint and chlorella. Ingredients 1 cup juice 2 tsp pectin 4 TBSP sugar 1 tsp soy lecithin powder or liquid Step 1. Mix pectin and sugar together and set aside. Step 2. Add juice to sauce pan and bring to a boil. Step 3. Lower heat to medium. Add pectin and sugar. Whisk until all lumps are gone. Step 4. Whisk in soy lecithin. Step 5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on medium. Do not over cook. Step 6. Add liquid to gummy mold quickly. The liquid will start to gel immediately. Step 7. Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator and enjoy You can find the gummy mold and droppers for cheap on Amazon.
