Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Step 2
Trim & prepare chicken. Pat dry with paper towels, the drier the better.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil & place baking racks on top. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Step 4
Place chicken on baking racks skin side up and put in oven. Bake 20 minutes, flip the chicken, bake 20 more minutes. Flip to skin side up again. Finally, broil on high for 3-4 minutes until the skin gets crispy.
Step 5
Add butter & sauce to a small saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally
Step 6
Remove wings from oven, toss with sauce and serve OR serve naked with sauce on the side.
