Step 1
1. Soak the cashews if necessary.
2. Add all the ingredients, except the fresh dill, to the vitamix and process until completely smooth. It will be thin but it will thicken a lot in the frig for the perfect dip consistency.

3. Stir in the fresh dill. Pour into a storing containing.
4. Use immediately or store in the fridge. Good for a week in the fridge.
5. Thin for dressing with water and vinegar.
