Step 1
Preheat your oven on 350. Next spread your cinnamon rolls out forming your crust. Cook your crust half way and let cool. Next beat your cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla until fluffy.

Next add your cream and eggs one at a time beating until just until incorporated. Pour cheesecake into crust and bake 35-45 minutes Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Gently run a knife around the edge of the crust to loosen.

Cool 45 minutes. Remove springform pan and cool completely in the fridge at least 4 hours or overnight. Next add your Caramel and Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumbs and Enjoy Periodttt!!!!
