Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water.
Step 2
Mix the meat with the juice and the zest of the lemon, then make small balls of it. Brown in olive oil for 2 mins.
Step 3
Add the crushed tomato and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Add the pasta, salt and pepper to taste and corriander. It's ready to eat ! Bon appétit.
