Instructions

Step 1
Cook and season the chicken
Step 2
Brown the onions and peppers in a greased frying pan until tender and fragrant.
Step 3
Spread 3/2 Tbsp pesto sauce on two of the mini naan breads and 1 cheese wedge to the other two. Add 4.5 oz chicken, 1/2 the onions and 1/2 the peppers to each pesto naan bread and sandwich with the cheese naan bread on top.
Step 4
Place in a panini maker or frying pan and cover. Cook and press until lightly browned. Enjoy one half of a sandwich per serving, hot or cold.
