Instructions

Step 1
Chop romaine lettuce and tomatoes. Rinse, lay on a paper towel, and set aside.
Step 2
Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and seasoning of choice.
Step 3
In a saute pan- turn to high heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil and sear chicken on both sides (about 3-4 minutes) then place in air fryer tray or baking sheet. Air fry at 350 for 18 minutes. if baking bake at 360 for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Lay 4 pieces bacon on air fryer tray and air fry until crisp or pan fry if desired.
Step 5
For dressing in a bowl- add greek yogurt, mayo, RWV, lemon, and ranch seasoning. Mix with immersion blender or add to a blender until fully combined.
Step 6
For croutons- chop 2 slices sourdough bread into cubes. add to a bowl with a little olive oil and salt. Air fry at 350 for 10 minutes or until golden brown. You can also throw them in an oven if you dont have an air fryer!
Step 7
Once all components are finished, add lettuce to a bowl. Follow with tomatoes, cut cup chicken, chopped bacon, croutons, and dressing. For plating add grated parmesan and drizzle a bit more dressing to enjoy.
