Instructions
Step 1
In a mixer add 1 cup of sour cream and 200g of cream cheese (1 block)
Step 2
Add 3/4 cup of mozzarella and 3/4 cup of parmesan
Step 3
Chop up 1 and 1/2 artichoke hearts (canned) and add it to the mixer
Step 4
Roughly chop up around 2 cups of fresh spinach and cook it in a pan on medium heat until spinach is wilted. Add this to the mixer
Step 5
Lastly add in salt, pepper, and chili flakes to your preference and mix
Step 6
Place in a medium sized dish greased with 1/2 tsp of olive oil
Step 7
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella on top
Step 8
Bake in oven for 375⁰F/190⁰C for around 20 mins (or until the top is golden brown).
Step 9
Serve with tostito chips and enjoy! (Serves 3 people)
