Instructions

Step 1
Cook apples with a little water in a saucepan until break down into a pulp. Microwave the blackberries for a few minutes to cook them.
Step 2
Put the flour and margarine in the blender and blend together for a minute until in fine crumbs. Stir in sugar to topping.
Step 3
Put the apple and blackberries into a large dish.
Step 4
Add the crumble topping.
Step 5
Sprinkle Demerara sugar over it.
Step 6
Cook on gas 6 For 25 minutes.
