Step 1
Sauté the shallots and garlic in a little olive oil until translucent
Step 2
Mix the breadcrumbs, chilli flakes, chopped apricots, butter, chopped walnuts, rosemary in a dish. Add the cooked onions and garlic. Moisten the mix with some milk. Use the stuffing to stuff the meat or put in a small dish and cook separately.
