Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Chop the dried tomato, garlic and basil. Grate the parmesan.
Step 2
Put all the ingredients into a small bowl. Mix until well combined.

Burger patty

Step 3
Put the meat in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Then knead well
Step 4
Form the meat into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape it.
Step 5
Slice the mozzarella.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the meat and fry for 2min occasionally pressing the meat down. Flip the patty. Place the cheese on top. Put on a lid and fry for another 2min.

Burger

Step 7
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast in the same pan in which the meat was fried until golden brown.
Step 8
Spread the bottom half with the sauce.
Step 9
Place the arugula, tomato burger patty and prosciutto on top.
Step 10
Drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 11
Stack the other burger bun half on top and enjoy!
