Instructions

Step 1
Set oven to 350 degrees. Put the eggplant in for 30 minutes. Turn them and set it for another 30 minutes.
Step 2
In your wok, warm a little olive oil. Stir fry garlic.
Step 3
Add ground pork
Step 4
Fully cook the meat and continue to cook until most of the liquid is absorbed
Step 5
Season to taste with oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar
Step 6
Let it absorb the seasoning before adjusting
Step 7
Add in peppers
Step 8
Slice the eggplant and place on your serving plate
Step 9
Cover eggplant with cooked meat
Step 10
Add green onions for garnish and serve with cucumbers and rice
