Preheat oven to 350 F

Combine yellow cake mix, strawberry Jello, vegetable oil and water. Beat until smooth

Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each egg.

Fold in 1/2 cup of the berries

Transfer to a 3, 8" pans, greated and floured

Icing: Cream the butter, sugar and 1/2 cup berries until smooth.

Frost the bottom layer of cake. Use 3/4 cup strawberries for the middle layer. Frost the top and sides with the remaining icing.
