500gextra lean minced lamb
2fresh tomatoes

60ggarden peas

2 tspkashmiri chilli powder
1 tspcumin powder
1 tspcoriander powder
1 Tbspgarlic ginger paste
¼ tspturmeric powder
½ tsptomato puree
2green cardamom pods
Seeds from, cracked
1 tspsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan, once hot add around 2-3 tbsp veg oil
Step 2
Fry onion until soft then add garlic & ginger paste, stir through
Step 3
Add kashmiri, coriander, cumin, cardamom seeds and turmeric, stir through
Step 4
Add minced lamb and break up well
Step 5
Once browned slightly add tomato puree, stir through for 1 min then add tomatoes
Step 6
Stir through, add salt and mix. Lid on and cook on medium for approx 15 mins
Step 7
Add peas, stir through and cook for approx 5 mins
Step 8

Lay samosas on baking sheet on greaseproof paper and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for between 15-25 mins
Step 10
Lay on tissue paper to drain and cool
