Instructions
Step 1
Turn on Broiler; set to low. Cut loaf or Grinder bread in half and place on a cooking sheet.
Step 2
Spread mayonnaise on top and bottom.
Step 3
Add slices of salami, then add the provolone and then add the pepperoni.
Step 4
Broil on Low. Load the cooking sheet into the oven on the middle rack. You will want to watch it, even on low, as the bread can brown fast. To avoid this, do "Low" broil. Brown bread until browned to your liking.
Step 5
Once Grinder is browned, load up with toppings, like lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños and whatever else you like. Are sure to add Italian dressing before serving.
