Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet add some olive oil. Heat the oil up and add the onions. Sautรฉ the onions until they become translucent. Next add the the diced tomatoes. Sautรฉ them for about 2 mins. Add some salt and pepper for taste. Put the mixture in a blender and blend it till it becomes like a sauce. Pour the sauce back into the skillet and heat it up for a while. Add the sliced baby bella mushrooms to the skillet and keep mixing the mixture. Add about 2 cups of heavy cream and continue to mix the sauce like mixture. Add a dash of paprika and a dash of curry powder. Add some freshly grated Parmesan cheese and Romano cheese. Keep stirring until the cheese melts and dissolved into the sauce. Add 1 cup of milk and keep stirring for 2 minutes. Add your cooked shells, spaghetti, and ravioli to the sauce and mix it all together. Finish up with some oregano for garnish.
