Instructions

Step 1
Let the dried mushrooms soak in water overnight (at least 3 hours). Don´t throw the water away afterwards because it´ll be needed in a sauce.
Step 2
Put butter and oil in a pan, fry the onion, and finish with sprinkling flour. After creating a compact mixture, add a little bit of milk, mushrooms and mushroom water.
Step 3
Cook for 15 minutes. The sauce should not be too thin. Add seasoning and heavy cream.
Step 4
In a pot bring 500 ml water with a spoon of salt and a spoon of oil to boil. Afterwards, put it aside and put 250 g couscous inside and let it be there for 5 minutes. Divide with a fork.
Step 5
Pour the sauce inside and finish with grated parmesan and some butter on top. Enjoy!
