Step 1
Mix all ingredients into a bowl.

brown sugar3 tablespoons
smoked paprika2 teaspoons
garlic powder1 ½ teaspoons
onion powder1 ½ teaspoons
kosher salt1 ½ teaspoon
pepper1 teaspoon
cinnamon⅓ teaspoon
Step 2
Rub the mixture on both sides of the ribs.

Step 3
Place water and metal trivet into the Instant Pot. Place ribs on the metal trivet.

Secure lid of Instant Pot. Choose "Manual" mode and cook for 45 minutes at High Pressure.
Step 5
When cooking is complete, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Release the remaining pressure and carefully remove the lid.
Step 7
Place the ribs onto a lined baking sheet and broil in the oven for 7-8 minutes until crispy.
Step 8
Serve with your favorite barbecue sauce and enjoy!
