Instructions

Step 1
Bring some salted water to a boil.
Step 2
Cut the onion into fine pieces and crush the garlic cloves
Step 3
Mix the meat in a bowl and add the onion, garlic and all the spices.
Step 4
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook them for about 8-10 minutes, depending on what kind of noodles you are using and/or what level of "al dente" you prefer.
Step 5
In a second pot add the tomato sauce and the prepared meat and bring it all to a boil. Stir occasionally. Reduce heat then and simmer until the spaghetti are ready.
Step 6
Serve and, if desired, add some oregano, parmesan and Tabasco (Habanero).
