Instructions
For the chicken
Step 1
Marinate the chicken breast with vinegar and salt and pepperfor 1 hr. Then season the chicken with cajun seasoning on both side. Then grill with some oil.
For the sauce
Step 2
Add oil to a pan with the garlic and chopped onion until transparent
Step 3
Add tomatoes and spinach and cook for 2 to 3 min
Step 4
Add the cream and the cheese until you have a slightly thick sauce and add the cooked chicken to it.
