Instructions

Step 1
Slice the onions and garlic and mix in a bowl with the dry ingredients. Pour over the white wine vinegar, olive oil and add the mustard. Mix well and add to the pork. Make sure the pork is well covered in the marinade and leave in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight.

Step 2
Pre heat your oven to 160c/320f. On a baking tray, place 4 evenly sliced potatoes and stick in wooden skewers. Alternate the pork while stacking to make sure it is even. Top with tomatoes and red onions and wrap in tin foil. Leave in the oven for 3 hours.
Step 3
Meanwhile chop the garlic, dill and grate the cucumber. Add to the yoghurt, season with salt and pepper and pour in the olive oil with a splash of white wine vinegar.

Then peel and slice the potatoes into fries leave in ice cold, salted water to soak.

Remove the tin foil from the pork, turn the oven up to 200c/390f to allow the pork to get nice and crispy. 15-20 mins.
Step 6
For the fries, get your oil to 160c/320f and fry until they start to turn golden. Then remove, allow the oil to come up to 180c/350f and fry again until golden brown and crispy.
Step 7
Heat up your pita bread and then it’s time to serve. Slice the pork thinly and fill those pitas with all you desire👌
