Instructions
Step 1
1. Make the filling- sauté the garlic and onion in 2 tablespoon of olive oil for about 5 minutes. Next add in the ground beef and cook until the beef is brown, it should take about 10 minutes. Next add in the diced tomatoes and taco seasoning mix and cook for another 5 minutes. Take the filling off the heat and let it cool down completely.
Step 2
2. Brush some water along the outer edge of the egg roll wraps. Spoon around 2 tablespoons of the filling into an egg roll wrapper. Add the cheese, Fold in each side and then roll up tightly. Repeat with the remaining egg rolls.
Step 3
3. Place egg rolls in an air fryer basket leaving space for air to flow between each egg roll. Spray with avocado cooking spray and air fry at 400° for 5 minutes. Flip the egg rolls and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Enjoy!!
