The filling
1 Tbspghee
1.5 lbground beef
1onion
finely chopped
1 tspminced garlic
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
1 tspcinnamon powder
1 TbspMixed Arabic spices
½ tspcardamom
½ cuppine nuts

Yogurt sauce

Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash the zucchini and take the tips off
Step 2
2. Make lines on the zucchini with the fork (optional) it makes it look better
Step 3
3. Remove the bottom part
Step 4
4. For the filling, add 1 tbsp ghee to the skillet and brown the meat on medium high heat
Step 5
5. Add the chopped onion and cook on medium heat for five minutes
Step 6
6. Add 1 tsp minced garlic along with spices and cook for another minute

7. Fry the pine nuts and add them to the filling and mix
Step 8
8. Fill the zucchini all the way to the top

9. Fry the zucchini in 2 inches vegetable oil on medium height heat, once one side is light brown turn to the other side

10. Remove the fried zucchini and place on paper towel

11. Boil 3 liters of water and add 1 tsp salt

12. Drop the fried zucchini in and place a plate on top, leave in there for 2 minutes

13. Mix the plain yogurt , the yogurt drink, the cornstarch, and the chicken cube while they’re cold

14. Place on medium high heat and keep mixing until it boils and thickens

15. Drop the zucchini in the yogurt
Step 16
16. Fry 2 tsp minced garlic and add them to the yogurt and mix

17. Lastly add some dry mint

18. Serve with vermicelli rice
