Ingredients
4 servings
2 tablespoonoil
1onion
peeled and finely chopped
1tomato
chopped
1 teaspoonginger paste
1 teaspoongarlic paste
150mlwater
½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspooncumin seeds
¼ teaspoonturmeric powder
200gfrozen peas
3carrots
cut into round slices
2potatoes
peeled and cut into cubes
2green chillies
chopped
½ teaspoonground black pepper

Instructions
Step 1
Place the pot on medium heat and add oil.
Step 2
Add the onion and saute until it softens and changes colour.
Step 3
Add the tomato, ginger and garlic paste. Cook for a minute.
Step 4
Add all the spices except ground black pepper. Put 50ml of water to prevent it from sticking to the pan.
Step 5
Add all the vegetables and the remaining water.
Step 6
Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 7
Add green chillies, ground black pepper and coriander.
Step 8
Serve hot and enjoy.
