This is a super versatile chia pudding that can serve as an oatmeal substitute or as a cool cereal. It’s Vegan, Keto, & Paleo. Not a lot of recipes hot all these marks but this one does and it’s filling!

Step 1
Add chia seeds, stevia and milk to a container. I use a pint mason jar.
Step 2
Give it a good shake.
Step 3
Next refrigerate over night or 6-12 hrs
Step 4
Next Pour into a bowl. At this point you can heat it in a microwave for 1-2 minutes or serve cold.
Step 5
Add fruits and syrup as toppings
