Still getting used to the recipe. cut up washed rhubarb(1/2 in pieces) and strawberries (in quarters) and sugar and let juice up in a bowl for a few hours add cornstarch near to baking time. Use a slotted spoon to add filling to your pie don't need the excess juices will make you pie to wet. Brush pie crust with 1 egg and 1 tbs of milk. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes then reduce to 350 for 30 min.
