Step 1
In a large jar, combine chia seeds, yogurt, coconut flakes, ube extract, vanilla and honey. Mix well.
Step 2
Let sit for 20 minutes then mix again before putting it in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Overnight is best.
Step 3
Top with berries granola and anything else you like. Enjoy!
