Instructions

Step 1
Chop onions and garlic Trow in a hot pan till soft.
Step 2
Then chop tomatoes. Add to thenoan till soft.
Step 3
To the pan add some ves and a splash of water.
Step 4
Peel and chop potatoes then add to the pan with 200ml of water.
Step 5
Chop the Cauliflower then add to the pan with green chillies.
Step 6
On a low to medium heat let the vegetables soften.
Step 7
Once nearly ready increase to a high heat to reduce water.
Step 8
Chop corriander and mix into the pan.
Step 9
In a pan boil water and cook rice to serve on the side.
