Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 and line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Blend together sunflower and sesame seeds until a paste forms.
Step 3
Add seed paste, almond flour, almond butter, sweeteners, salt, vanilla, baking powder and cinnamon to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Add eggs to bowl and mix.
Step 5
Once combined, fold in walnuts, pistachios, and chocolate chips.
Step 6
Use two spoons to portion cookies out onto parchment lined baking sheets
Step 7
Sprinkle as desired with kosher salt
Step 8
Bake for 14-16 minutes.
