Instructions
Step 1
Chop walnuts in food processor.
Step 2
Add brown sugar, oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips to the walnuts and pulse until combined.
Step 3
Then add coconut oil and pulse until fully combined.
Step 4
Roll into balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Can store in refrigerator for 2 weeks. Or keep in freezer.
