Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400*
Step 2
Take out bicep muscles on tender and set in a large bowl
Step 3
Add olive oil to the bowl and mix, let marinate for 3 minutes
Step 4
In a blender add bread crumbs, paprika, lemon pepper salt and garlic powder
Step 5
Blend until the mix become a powder and add to a separate large bowl
Step 6
Drop in the chicken tenders one by one and coat
Step 7
Place chicken in the oven for 20 minutes and the tenders flip halfway through (after 10 min)
