Instructions

Step 1
Peel and chop sweet potato into small chunks

Add onion to pan with a pinch of salt then the garlic and ginger followed by the chilli

Once the mix has softened for a little bit add the sweet potato

Add tomato purée and the spices cook for 2-3 minutes
