This very simple recipe from Bosnia may vary from region to region, but one thing is for sure, it is delicious.
It takes only couple of minutes and 8 ingredients one can find in every kitchen.
To enjoy this beautiful piece of history, I recommend to eat it with Yogurt and fresh spring onions for it is how they used to do it in the countryside of this Balkan country.

Chop the potatoes and an onion in smaller squares

Add the rest of the ingredients to a bowl

Mix them well together

Add them to a baking pan

Bake on 250°C (482°F) for 20-30min, or until the potatoes get a darker brown crust on the top
