Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190Β°C
Step 2
Clean and trim leaves off cauliflower, rub with olive oil salt and pepper, sprinkle with paprika and place in oven for 2 hours.
Step 3
In small saucepan bring cream and garlic to a light simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add finely grated cheese and stir until dissolved.

Smooth hummus on the centre of serving plate

Place cooked cauliflower on top of hummus, drizzle with garlic sauce and sprinkle pomegranate berries on top. Garnish with fresh parsley
