Instructions

Step 1
1. In a large bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients and then place chicken breast in bowl.
Step 2
2. Let chicken marinade for 1-6 hours (the longer the better).
Step 3
3. Cook chicken over medium heat for 5-6 mins / side (I used a grill pan- highly recommend!)
Step 4
4. Let chicken rest and then slice.
Step 5
5. I suggest serving over a base of rice and greens and then topping with black beans, avocado, tomato, and anything else you love!
