Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400F.

Add the potatoes, avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat the potatoes.

Transfer the potatoes to the tray or basket of the air fryer and spread them out in a single layer.
Step 4
Air fry for 15 minutes, tossing the potatoes or shaking the tray or basket halfway through the cooking.
Step 5
Transfer the potatoes to a plate, sprinkle with chopped sage and serve with ketchup (optional).
