Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan
Step 2
Add chopped onion and garlic, and saute for a few minutes.
Step 3
Add all herbs, and spices. salt and pepper
Step 4
Add Quorn mice and stir.
Step 5
Add in tinned tomatoes and passata (sieved tomatoes) and drained black beans
Step 6
Add chilli powder.
Step 7
Reduce heat and allow to cook on low for 20 minutes or until reduced and onions are soft.
Step 8
Serve with rice or chips, jacket potatoes etc...
Step 9
You can add cheese on top, creme fraise or sour cream.
