Instructions
Step 1
In a blender add chopped onion, roasted peppers, tuna and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Step 2
Mix everything until sexy.
Step 3
Add your sauce to a pan over medium- low heat and simmer for at least 15 mins (but if you have time I would suggest cooking it up to half an hour).
Step 4
Season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and a generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Step 5
In the meantime, boil your pasta in some salted water, drain and add it to your sauce.
Step 6
Toss well over the heat to combine all the flavours together, adding a drop of pasta water to make it mamma mia!
