Goes well with al pastor.
Can substitute mango with pineapple or avocado.

Step 1
Roast the chiles, garlic, and onion on comal.
Step 2
Depulp/cut out pieces of mango.
Step 3
Remove the chile skin first and throw away. And then separate the stems, seeds, and veins if you don't want too spicy.
Step 4
Blend all the ingredients.
Step 5
Season with salt to taste.
