Instructions
Step 1
Wash and Soak dals together for 1 hour
Step 2
Add dal, tumeric, chilli and salt to pressure cooker add water so 1 inch above and pressure cook for 15min
Step 3
Once finished in pressure cooker mash dal while still hot
Step 4
Boil dal on stove to thicken
Step 5
Add tadka before serving
