. Firstly, wash your potatoes and preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
Step 2
. Using a fork prick/stab them multiple times all on the surface and place them in a baking tray, drizzle in olive oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt over them. Leave them in the oven for around 50 minuets. TO CHECK IF THEY'RE DONE, USING A BUTTER KNIFE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PIERCE THE POTATO AND GO TO THE CENTRE AND SHOULD BE GOLDEN ON THE OUTSIDE.

Step 3
. Next, drain the tins of tuna and empty just the tuna into a medium size bowl. Break up the chunks so its thinner.
Step 4
. Add the mayonnaise, salad cream and vinegar to the tuna and combine well.
Step 5
. Ensure that you grate 1 cup of 1/2 fat cheddar cheese.
Step 6
. Once the potatoes are fully cooked, see step two for indications of this. Remove them from the oven and make a cross cut along the top of the potatoes that is about 1/2 the potato deep. Spread it out so that you're able to fit your filling in.
