Instructions
Step 1
Microwave rice pouch as instructed on pack. Once heated leave to stand for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Add all ingredients into a bowl and gently mix.
Step 3
Squeeze lemon and lime over salad and top with chopped herbs.
Step 4
Leave to sit for a minimum of 15mins and then serve.
