Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180℃.
Step 2
Combine mince, rice, eggs and soup mix and form into small meatballs.
Step 3
Combine all sauce ingredients.
Step 4
Pour half of sauce into casserole dish or baking tray. Place meatballs in tray and pour over the rest of the sauce. Place lid on dish or cover with foil and bake in moderate oven 1 hour.
