2eggs
3garlic cloves

1 Tbspdijon mustard
½ cwhole milk
⅛ cparsley
chopped
2 tspdried oregano

Tomato Sauce
1can tomato purée
olive oil
1yellow onion
chopped
5 clovesgarlic
crushed
1 tsporegano
salt

Instructions
Egg Mixture
Step 1
Combine eggs, garlic, dijon mustard, whole milk, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper in large bowl.
Tomato Sauce
Step 2
Sauté chopped onions in olive oil in deep pan or pot until translucent. Add garlic and tomato puree. Add oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Prepare Steak
Step 3
Use meat mallet to pound steak until thin
Step 4
Lightly coat steaks in flour on a separate plate
Step 5
Submerge coated steaks into egg mixture. Marinate steaks in egg mixture for 10 minutes to overnight (longer marinade time helps infuse the flavors)
Step 6
Remove steaks from egg mixture and bread with bread crumbs on separate plate.
Frying
Step 7
In deep pot or cask iron skillet, heat frying oil to 350F
Step 8
Carefully add breaded steak into oil and fry till golden brown. Use tongs to remove from oil onto wire rack
Add Toppings
Step 9
Spoon desired amount of tomato sauce on to of fried steak
Step 10
Add slices of prosciutto on top of tomato sauce layer
Step 11
Add mozzarella slices on top of prosciutto layer
Step 12
Grate fresh parmesan over mozzarella and fried steak
Broil
Step 13
Broil fried steak and toppings in oven on high (keep close eye on it). Remove once cheese is melted
