Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, sauté onion and zucchini with a pinch of salt and olive oil.
Step 2
Finely mince or grind the garlic together with a pinch of salt.
Step 3
Add garlic and cumin to the pan and sauté until most of the water has evaporated.
Step 4
Mash everything, let it cool then add the herbs, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
