Instructions
Step 1
Preheat grill to high and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Whisk together the ingredients for glaze in a large bowl. Add salmon and broccolini and turn to coat in marinade.
Step 3
Place the salmon and broccolini onto the prepared tray. Place under the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until salmon is caramelised. Turn over and cook for a further 2 mins for medium, or until cooked to your liking.
Step 4
Serve salmon over rice with broccolini on the side and spring onion on top.
