Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°c
Step 2
Cream the butter and sugar together
Step 3
Add vanilla essence and salt
Step 4
Add SR flour a cup at a time
Step 5
Combine chocolate chips into batter
Step 6
Roll batter into balls then flatten on a lined baking tray and bake for 12 minutes
Step 7
Allow to cool for 3 minutes before serving or touching (they will seem uncooked until cooled)
